Guidelines for Village of Roslyn's Historic Restoration
Properties located within the Village's "Historic District" are regulated by the Historic District Board. The Historic District Board is tasked with maintaining the historic integrity that is unique to Roslyn Village. All work affecting the exterior of the property, including but not limited to; paint, siding, windows, roofing, lighting, landscape features, walls, fences, masonry, and other items, require a permit and Historic Board Review. To aid in this process, the Village has developed Guidelines for various types of projects. Please view and then print the following PDF Guidelines Documents.
